Comfort Colors 1566 garment-dyed crewneck with your logo

The 1566 is the sweatshirt behind most of the washed-look merch you see at breweries and coffee shops. Battle Born Clothing embroiders it and prints it with water-based inks that suit the soft, faded fabric.

Left-chest embroidery is the default for company and team hoodies. Screen print is the default for events and big front or back graphics. DTF is for full-color art in small runs. Battle Born Clothing does all three; see decoration methods.

|---|---|
| 12-47 | $6.00 |

| 96-143 | $5.00 |
| 144+ | $4.00 |
Screen print at 48 pieces is $4.34 per location per piece on light garments and $4.59 on dark (flash charge included), plus $20 per screen per color. Other quantities and color counts are quoted per job. DTF is quoted per job. One-time digitizing for embroidery is $18.99 per design.
Printing on garment-dyed fleece
Water-based ink gives the softest result and matches the washed look. Plastisol works but sits on top. Discharge is quoted per job after we check the garment color. Embroidery is unaffected.
Garment-dyed colors vary slightly by dye lot. Reorders are a close match, not an exact one.
