How much do custom embroidered hoodies cost?
On our hero blank, the Independent IND4000, $28.75 each at 24 pieces, $28.25 at 48 and $26.75 at 144 with a left-chest logo, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. See the pricing page for all seven tiers.
How much do custom printed hoodies cost?
At 48 pieces, a one-color front print on an IND4000 is $27.34 each on a dark hoodie plus $20 for the screen. Front and back is $31.93 each plus $40 in screens. Other quantities and color counts are quoted per job.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum on embroidery or screen print. Screen print is recommended at 48+ because screens are a fixed $20 per color. Under 48, embroidery or DTF usually costs less per piece.
How long does a hoodie order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job.
What hoodies do you recommend?
Independent Trading Co. is our shop favorite; the IND4000 heavyweight is our hero. Port & Company PC78H is our budget pick and, in our experience, a better blank than Gildan at a similar price.
Do you decorate Carhartt hoodies?
Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator. Carhartt blanks are quoted per job with MAP respected.
Can I mix hoodies, zips and crewnecks in one order?
Yes. All pieces count toward one quantity tier and one digitized logo covers every style.
Can I bring my own hoodies?
Yes. Customer-supplied goods are $2 per item handling plus the decoration rate. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4%; we aim for zero.
What artwork do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300-dpi PNG at print size works. We send a digital proof before production.
What is digitizing?
Converting your logo into a stitch file for the embroidery machines. $18.99 one-time per design, standard two-day turnaround, and we keep the file for reorders.
What is the flash charge?
$0.25 per piece per location on dark garments, for flash-curing the white underbase before the top color prints.
Do you do DTF?
Yes, for full-color art and small runs. Transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City, NV and pressed in our shop. Quoted per job.
Where is the work done?
In our shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. Embroidery on two single-head commercial machines, screen printing on a conveyor dryer, leather patches on an 80-watt CO2 laser.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the US from Yerington, NV. Shipping is quoted with the order.
What if there is a mistake?
If the error is ours, we redo it free. That is why every job gets a digital proof first.
Do you run team or company online stores?
No. We quote bulk orders and ship them to you. A spreadsheet works fine for collecting sizes.
Can you embroider the hood or sleeve?
Yes, quoted per job. Left chest is the published rate; hood, sleeve and back locations are priced per design.
Do you make matching hats?

What sizes are available?
Independent runs XS-3XL, Port & Company S-4XL, Gildan 18500 S-5XL, Carhartt S-4XL plus tall. Youth styles are available from Port & Company and Independent.
Will the hoodie shrink?
Cotton-rich fleece shrinks a little; wash cold and dry low. 50/50 blends hold size best.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Print inks can be mixed to Pantone. Embroidery thread is matched to the closest Rapos color; we show it on the proof.
